REALLY GOOD CREATIVE / THE WORKING AGREEMENT

Service terms.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These terms describe how Really Good Creative memberships work. We confirm your plan, scope, billing details, and start date in writing before services begin.

Browsing the site or booking an intro call doesn’t start a paid membership. These terms apply when incorporated into the service agreement you accept. Any different terms expressly agreed in that agreement take priority.

Plans and scopeBilling and cancellationFiles and ownershipQuestions

1. Plans and production capacity

  • Creative: $999/month. 1 active creative request. Includes ad concepts, copy, design, and video edits from supplied footage.
  • Scale: $1,299/month. 2 active creative requests. Includes Creative services, plus landing page copy and design, offer and message review, and weekly queue planning.
  • Growth: $2,499/month. 3 active creative requests, plus Meta ads management for 1 brand with up to $50,000 in monthly ad spend under management. Includes weekly performance notes and a test plan, plus a monthly strategy call.

Prices are in USD and billed monthly. Any applicable taxes and separately approved costs will be identified before payment. Your accepted service agreement records your price and scope.

Every plan allows unlimited requests in the queue. Your plan limits the number in production at once. An active request is a defined brief being worked on, including its revisions. Monthly output depends on complexity, revisions, and the timing of your feedback. Membership doesn’t promise a fixed number of completed assets.

2. Briefs, timing, and revisions

Provide a complete brief, the files needed to do the work, approved claims, and one person responsible for consolidated feedback. Standard requests target a first draft within 2–3 business days after the brief is complete. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Larger projects, including full landing pages, have milestones and dates agreed before work starts.

Revisions are included within the original brief and use an active production slot. A new direction or a materially different deliverable becomes a new request. Missing assets, delayed feedback, or changed requirements can affect delivery dates.

3. Work and costs outside the membership

Ad spend, new filming, creator fees, stock licensing, website development, hosting, publishing, and third-party software are separate. Complex animation, 3D, full rebrands, other ad platforms, and Meta spend above the stated limit need a separate scope. We’ll agree additional work and costs before proceeding.

Landing page services cover copy and desktop/mobile design, with files for your developer. They don’t include building or publishing the page unless separately agreed.

4. Billing, pausing, and cancellation

Memberships run month to month. Your agreement will specify the first charge, renewal date, payment method, and authorization for any recurring payments before billing starts.

Tell us in writing before your next renewal date to pause or cancel the next month. Use your project board or the contact channel in your service agreement, and keep the confirmation. Work continues through the month you’ve paid for, then production pauses or ends. Unused days don’t roll over.

On Growth, we agree on a campaign handover before pausing or ending management. Pausing our service does not itself pause your Meta campaigns or stop platform ad spend.

Any refund arrangements are set out in your accepted service agreement. Contact us promptly about a billing error or service concern. These terms don’t limit rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable. Changes to an existing membership’s price or scope must be communicated and agreed before they take effect.

5. Your materials and approvals

You’re responsible for having permission to use the files, footage, trademarks, likenesses, and claims you provide. You authorize us to use those materials to deliver the agreed work. Review drafts for accuracy and give approval before publication or launch.

You remain responsible for your products, offers, customer commitments, and required disclosures. For Growth, provide authorized account access and agree campaign budgets and approval responsibilities with us. Ad spend is paid separately to the platform.

6. Finished work and licenses

You keep the approved work and editable source files supplied through your paid membership. Your service agreement confirms the transfer or license of rights in the deliverables. Existing tools, reusable templates, third-party materials, fonts, stock assets, and software remain subject to their own ownership and license terms.

Portfolio work displayed on this website is shown as evidence of creative experience. Viewing it doesn’t grant permission to download, reproduce, or reuse it. Featured brands aren’t presented as current studio clients.

7. Confidentiality and project data

Use the agreed project channels for files, feedback, and access invitations. The service agreement records any project-specific confidentiality, data-processing, and portfolio-use permissions. Our privacy policy explains how this website and initial inquiries are handled.

8. Results and third-party platforms

Creative work and campaign management don’t guarantee sales, revenue, return on ad spend, or platform approval. Outcomes depend on your product, offer, budget, market, customer experience, and platform decisions. Third-party outages, account restrictions, and policy changes can affect delivery and advertising.

9. Agreements, changes, and concerns

The parties, any governing law, dispute process, and liability provisions are set out in the service agreement you accept. Nothing on this page removes rights that can’t lawfully be excluded.

We may update these published terms for future agreements. An update to this page doesn’t by itself change an existing accepted agreement. Raise any service concern with us promptly so we can discuss a resolution.

10. Questions before starting?
