1. Information we receive

When you book a call or contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, website, company, meeting time, and answers to booking questions. Please keep passwords, payment card details, and sensitive personal information out of booking notes.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request times. This website has no customer account or payment form.

2. How we use information

We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange meetings, discuss your project, and manage a working relationship if you become a client. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and security. We may also keep records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting the website, legal obligations, or consent where required.

3. Service providers and external links

• Booking: our call links take you to Cal.com. Information you submit there is used to schedule the meeting and shared with us as the organizer. Calendar and meeting providers may receive the details needed to send an invitation and host the call. See Cal.com’s privacy policy.
• Website hosting: this site is published through OpenAI Sites. The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers process requests to deliver and secure the site. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.
• Site media: portfolio images, videos, and fonts are served from this site. Video playback does not load a YouTube player.

We may share information with providers involved in responding to you or delivering agreed services, and where disclosure is required by law. External services have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you use them.

4. Browser storage and measurement

The site saves your motion preference in your browser’s local storage under rgc-motion, so paused animations stay paused when you return. You can clear this through your browser’s site-data settings.

We haven’t added advertising pixels or visitor analytics to this website. Hosting providers and external booking services may maintain their own operational records or use cookies under their policies. If we add new measurement tools, we’ll update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

5. Retention, location, and security

We retain inquiry and client information for as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was collected, the working relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. The type of record, outstanding requests, and legal obligations determine how long it’s needed.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Protections can differ by location. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle; no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you’ve provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We’ll handle requests under the law that applies to you and may need to verify your identity.

You can use the links in your booking confirmation to reschedule or cancel a meeting. Cancelling a meeting doesn’t automatically delete the associated records. Contact us if you also want to request deletion.

7. Children and changes to this policy

Our services are for businesses and adult business representatives. This website isn’t directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We’ll post updates here with a revised date and give additional notice where required. A policy update doesn’t itself authorize a new use of information that requires your consent.
