Let’s clear
a few things up.
How can requests be unlimited?
Add as many requests as you want to the board. We work the top 1, 2, or 3 depending on your plan. When one is complete, the next moves up. How much finishes in a month comes down to complexity, revisions, and how quickly you send feedback. Same-day feedback helps keep things moving.
How quickly will I get the first draft?
We target 2–3 business days for a standard request, counted from a complete brief. A full landing page or bigger project gets split into milestones with dates agreed before we start. Revisions use your active slot, so one round of consolidated notes beats five messages over three days.
What's outside the membership?
Ad spend, new filming, creator fees, stock licensing, website development, and third-party software. Complex animation, 3D, and full rebrands need their own scope. Growth covers Meta. Other channels are a separate conversation. We’d rather list this here than surprise you in month two.
What does pausing or cancelling mean?
Tell us before your renewal date and the next charge stops. Work continues through the month you’ve paid for, then the membership pauses or ends. Unused days don’t roll over. On Growth, we agree a campaign handover before the membership pauses.
What if a design needs more work?
Revisions are included within the original brief, as many as it takes. Send consolidated feedback and we’ll revise the active request. A change of direction or a brand new idea goes on the board as a new request, so the queue stays clear.
Is my brand a good fit?
This is built for ecommerce brands with a product that’s already selling and a steady need for creative. Creative and Scale fit teams that run their own ads. Growth fits brands ready to hand us the Meta account too. If you’re pre-launch or still figuring out the offer, we’ll discuss whether the membership fits before starting. Results depend on your product, offer, budget, and market. We’ll be honest about all four.
